APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive on time to your appointment and wait in our reception area. Late arrival may result in a shortened or refused appointment and you may still be charged full price.
DEPOSITS
You may be required to provide a deposit for selected treatments. All deposits are non-refundable. Any changes to appointments can be made in accordance to our booking/cancellation policy.
PRICING
All pricing is subject to change. Some pricing is subject to consultation, depending on the treatment.
PAYMENT
We accept cash or card payments in the salon. Secret Beauty are under no obligation to refund any payments that have been made for gift vouchers or treatments.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available at any time in the salon. A gift voucher is a token which allows the holder to pay for purchases within Secret Beauty. It should be treated with the same care as cash. Secret Beauty will not replace it or its value should it be lost. Gift vouchers will be valid for 6 months however this may be waived in certain circumstances (at the discretion of Secret Beauty management). The gift voucher may be used for any number of purchases until the value is completely exhausted or the expiry of its term. There is no cash alternative to a gift voucher. Gift vouchers even partially consumed cannot be exchanged for cash.
